Terms of Service
Effective August 4, 2026
These terms govern the global Korean-learning service provided by Zeronics (“Langxel,” “we,” or “us”).
1. The service
Langxel turns supported YouTube captions into sentence-level Korean lessons with playback loops, English explanations, study history, and optional pronunciation assessment. YouTube content remains hosted and controlled by YouTube and its rights holders.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not abuse processing limits, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Langxel to infringe third-party rights.
3. Free and Pro plans
Current limits and prices appear on the pricing and checkout pages. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record for global subscriptions and handles payment, applicable tax, and receipts.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains available through the paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be subject to mandatory consumer law.
5. Availability and AI output
Caption availability and quality depend on YouTube and third-party services. Translations, grammar notes, romanization, and pronunciation scores may contain errors and are learning aids, not professional or certified assessments.
6. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten service security, or create material cost through abuse. Paid access already purchased is handled according to applicable law and the refund policy.
7. Company and contact
Korean law governs these terms except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
