Refund Policy

Canceling renewal

Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops the next monthly charge. Pro remains active through the current paid billing period.

Refund requests

• If you have not used Pro, request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment.
• Once digital service use has begun, the current monthly period is generally non-refundable, while access continues through that period.
• We honor longer cancellation or withdrawal rights where mandatory consumer law applies.
• Duplicate or unauthorized charges are investigated and refunded when confirmed.

How to request help

Contact zeronjang@gmail.com with your account email and Paddle transaction or receipt ID. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
